Honor is Turning Your Smartphone into a Robot
Honor has teased a video of its Robot Phone concept, featuring a one-of-a-kind robotic camera mounted on a gimbal. When idle, the mechanism stays tucked away under the camera module cover. However, once activated, a servo motor deploys the camera, allowing it to rotate 360° and tilt across multiple axes, mimicking the head movements of a human or a droid. This camera works in tandem with an Artificial Intelligence system capable of recognizing objects, analyzing surroundings, and interacting with the user via the screen. While the Robot Phone is currently in the concept stage, more details are expected to drop at MWC in March 2026. This could be the ultimate "main character energy" gadget for the next generation of creators.

The Ultimate Smartwatch and Sneaker Duo
In a major flex for the athleisure world, TAG Heuer and New Balance have dropped a high-octane collaboration: the Connected Calibre E5 40 mm x New Balance Edition smartwatch and the FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5 running shoes. The watch, retailing for around $2,500, features a sleek titanium case and the fifth-generation Calibre E5 movement running TAG Heuer’s proprietary OS. It comes with two straps, one of which is crafted from the same high-tech textile used in the sneakers. The FuelCell SuperComp Elite v5 runners are built for speed, featuring a carbon fiber plate for maximum energy return, a PEBA midsole, and a breathable mesh upper. The sneakers are priced at $270. Both products sport a matching purple-and-green colorway and are available as a limited edition release.

SteelSeries has launched the Arctis Nova Elite, which it claims are the world’s first luxury wireless gaming headphones with true audiophile-grade sound. Retailing for $600, these headphones are built around custom-designed 40mm carbon drivers, delivering a frequency range of 10 Hz to 40 kHz. The device features OmniPlay technology, allowing users to connect up to four audio sources simultaneously. It also boasts Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) that rivals flagship offerings from Sony and Bose. The microphone captures high-fidelity audio at 32 kHz/16-bit, while memory foam ear cushions ensure a comfortable fit for those all-night gaming marathons.
Yamaha’s Self-Balancing "Weeble-Wobble" Motorcycle
Yamaha has unveiled its MOTOROiD2 electric motorcycle concept. This prototype is equipped with AMCES (Active Mass Center Control System), which provides automatic balancing, allowing the bike to stand, move, and maintain equilibrium entirely on its own without a rider. AI-powered cameras can recognize the owner's face and respond to hand gestures, turning the bike into a sort of "metallic companion." The design is pure cyberpunk: transparent elements, blue accent lighting, and a unique Leaf frame construction that allows the rear section to move independently, giving the machine a lifelike, organic feel. The MOTOROiD2 serves as a testbed for technologies that may soon find their way into production models, including urban scooters.
KEF’s New Portable Powerhouse
British audio heavyweight KEF has released the Muo portable speaker, designed by the legendary Ross Lovegrove. The device blends high-fidelity sound with an aesthetic inspired by the iconic Muon loudspeakers. Tech specs include Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX Adaptive support for low latency and high-resolution audio streaming. The speaker features a built-in microphone for voice commands, a 24-hour battery life, and an IP67 rating, making it both waterproof and dustproof. Available in seven vibrant colors, each unit comes with a carrying strap. To celebrate the launch, KEF hosted an exhibition in London featuring works by three artists inspired by the Muo’s design and palette.
Nike’s Inflatable "Smart" Jacket
Nike has introduced the Therma-FIT Air Milano jacket, powered by A.I.R. (Adapt. Inflate. Regulate.) technology. This innovative system allows users to adjust their warmth levels in real-time by inflating or deflating air chambers within the garment. Made from a dual-layer composite material, the jacket offers both durability and a soft touch. The insulation is highly versatile, ranging from the warmth of a light hoodie to a full-blown winter parka. Developed using data from the Nike Sport Research Lab, including body heat maps and digital design tools, the Air Milano was specifically created for Team USA athletes ahead of the Milano-Cortina Games. It features exclusive design elements like a magnetic zipper for ease of use by Paralympians and built-in pumps for manual inflation.
"This is the peak of the 'Gorpcore' evolution. We are seeing performance apparel that literally breathes and adapts with the athlete," says a fashion editor at Vogue.
The Rivian E-Bike is Finally Here
EV pioneer Rivian has officially entered the two-wheel space with the TM-B (Transcendent Mobility – Bike). The bike features 24-inch wheels and the DreamRide drive system. This setup works by having the rider pedal a generator that charges the battery, while a software-controlled motor drives the rear wheel via a Gates Carbon belt. The integrated battery offers a range of up to 100 miles. Thanks to 240W USB-C charging, the battery can be fully topped off in about 2 hours and 20 minutes (or 3 hours and 45 minutes depending on the power source). The bike hits speeds up to 28 mph, and its 180 Nm of torque makes steep climbs and heavy cargo feel like a breeze. The modular design allows the TM-B to be transformed into a cargo hauler. The Launch Edition is priced at $4,500 and is available for pre-order with shipping expected in Spring 2026, while a base version for $4,000 will arrive later that year.
